*dates, times & guests are subject to change<\/em><\/center>\u201822 LAYERS OF SUNLIGHT\u2019 \u2013 Album Line-Up (Release 20\/04\/2018) <\/strong>is the new collaboration between Tony Lowe \"22<\/a>(guitarist\/composer\/producer) Peter Coyle (ex-Lotus Eaters) and Mark Brzezicki (Big Country). Peter Coyle, who was recently described as \u2018one of the most under-rated singer\/songwriters in the UK\u2019 has now joined forces with renowned composer\/producer Tony Lowe to write these deeply evocative and stunningly original songs, merging passionate vocals and intricate soundscapes. Sometimes using complex rhythmic structures, delivered by Mark Brzezicki, overlaid with modern progressive rock elements and orchestral movements, the music creates an intense, dramatic but ultimately uplifting experience. Also featuring Pete Clark and Richard Smith on bass and keyboards. *Mark Brzezicki will not be playing at the Merlin Theatre – Frome event due to schedule conflicts.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Mikey Cuthbert<\/strong> is a singer songwriter from Southend on Sea. His music is guitar based acoustic indie and his gritty but beautiful lyrics express his real-life experiences and emotions. Mikey co-hosted the instant cult hit and real time internet show \u2018In the Attic\u2019 with Rachel Fuller, which included live music, witty rhetoric and guest appearances from established musicians and celebrities such as Pete Townshend, Simon Townshend, Jerry Hall, Adele and Roger Daltrey. In 2005 Mikey released an EP \u2018Invisible\u2019 produced by Simon Townshend and executive producer Pete Townshend, featuring Mark Brzezicki, Matt Pegg and Simon Townshend.<\/p>\n

Since then Mikey brought up his two children and began to write and perform again in the last 4 years. \"John<\/a>John Young (Lifesigns) – flying solo<\/strong>. John has played with and written for many bands over the years; Asia, The Scorpions, Paul Rodgers, Bonnie Tyler, John Wetton, Greenslade, and Strawbs. More recently he has returned to his progressive roots with Lifesigns who crowdfunded their recent CD Cardington in just 48 hours and got to number 4 in the Indie Chart ‘despite’ no mainstream radio plays. To supplement his work with Lifesigns John is re-visiting the solo show with the\u00a0impending re-release of his Significance CD. The live set features songs old and new and also visits some areas of both Lifesigns and the John Young Band.<\/p>\n
